Uploaded Content

Audio files you upload are processed on our servers for stem separation. Files are stored temporarily during processing and deleted automatically within 24 hours. We do not retain, share, or analyze your audio content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage statistics including: number of tracks processed, download counts, and processing dates. This data is used for billing, rate limiting, and service improvement. Usage data is not linked to personally identifiable information.

Technical Data

We collect IP addresses for geo-restriction enforcement and abuse prevention. IP addresses are hashed with a salt and auto-deleted after 30 days. We also collect standard server logs (browser type, request timestamps) for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the service: Process audio files, manage your account, and deliver separated stems
• To process payments: Manage subscriptions and promo code activations
• To communicate: Send transactional emails (verification codes, payment confirmations) via Gmail SMTP

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Payment processors: Telegram Bot API and Cryptomus (USDT) for payment processing
• Authentication: Google OAuth for sign-in (subject to Google's privacy policy)

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, session management, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Server logs: Retained for 30 days for security purposes
