GhostJam is an AI-powered audio stem separation tool. The Service allows users to upload audio files and receive separated instrument tracks (stems) using machine learning algorithms. Processing is performed on our servers.
To access premium features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or signing in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You retain full ownership of any audio files you upload. We do not claim any rights to your uploaded content. Uploaded files are processed temporarily and deleted from our servers after processing is complete (typically within 24 hours).
The GhostJam software, algorithms, and interface are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
Premium features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Telegram, USDT/Cryptomus). Prices are displayed in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
Promo codes are subject to their specific terms (activation limit, duration, track credits). Each promo code may only be used the number of times specified at creation. We reserve the right to revoke promo codes at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostJam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
